Where did it all start?

When we started working, it was a young company with non-conventional goals in the market. Specifically, furniture rental for apartments and houses. We operate within a large team, as there is also a client-side team where each person is responsible for their own department.

Before Us

The initial budget was up to $3,500 per month, and this was solely for Meta ADS. The cost per lead was quite high, and the client couldn’t afford it, but at the same time, they wanted to scale their operations.

Since the owners themselves were handling the advertising, they didn’t have enough time to manage the quality of advertising campaigns and run the business simultaneously.

By the way, the client operates with a focus on the shopping cart, as most people enter into conversation on WhatsApp, where the manager finalizes the sale with the customer. Only a small percentage actually makes purchases on the website.

What was the process of development?

Since we had defined our goals, our approach was to initially reduce the cost per result before scaling up. Thus, we prepared several hypotheses for testing, as our objective was to lower costs specifically for cold traffic.

By the way, as you can see at the top, we develop strategies where we clearly outline what we do and why. As you can observe, various hypotheses were tested for cold campaigns to find the most effective approach.

After that, we continued to refine the funnel and extended it through MOF (Middle of Funnel) and BOF (Bottom of Funnel) campaigns. There, you can see that the optimization goal is focused on purchases, as people who have already encountered us are more likely to buy products on the website without consulting a manager, unlike their initial interaction.

Over time, we gained a better understanding of the market and people’s preferences. Thanks to this, we managed to significantly decrease the cost per result and, of course, increase conversions within the company (we believe so, too).

I want to express a big thank you to the leaders, as they developed their business from various angles, and Meta ADS was not their sole source of traffic.
