Where did it all start?

Winning this client's trust was not easy, as she was careful to choose a contractor who would not just make a good result, but would also be easy to work with. As you can see, we worked together very successfully.

Before Us

Before us, the owner ran her own advertising campaigns and was getting consistent results. At the time we started our work, she already had a turnover of $17,000 a month. And what is cool is that she was making a lot of high-quality commercials.

It is important to note that it is also important for shop owners to work with a personal blog on Instagram, which generates new customers and increases LTV.

But the main problem was scaling up the advertising - when she tried to increase the budget, the efficiency dropped.

What was the process of development?

Initially, we planned to scale by expanding the geolocation of delivery and ad impressions. But there were logistical difficulties, so we were not able to implement it.

We had to work with vertical scaling: through new creatives and audiences. Due to the fact that the client had a lot of content, it was not difficult to create more and more creatives. At this stage, we were already able to scale to a $6,000 advertising budget.

Q4 was coming. We knew we had already built part of the funnel with cold traffic, our TOF (top of the funnel) campaigns were working and generating revenue. The next challenge was to gradually warm people up and push them to sell if that wasn't happening from the first touch.

So we launched MOF (warm audience re-targeting) and BOF (hot audience re-targeting), which gave us higher ROAS with little investment.

And for the holidays themselves, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, we launched several sales bundles, which gave us the opportunity to increase our budget by up to $10,000. But I am sure that 95% of businesses increased their budget during this period, well done!

At the beginning of 2023, we saw a huge (2x) decrease in CPM in the niche. After the holidays, the overheated advertising auction stabilized, and in January 2023, we doubled the advertising budget while maintaining efficiency.
